AMAZING COOKIES! underwhelming service i had such an amazing experience the first time i came. gorgeous boxes with delicious cookies filled in them. i am in sales and bring these to my customers, it exceeded my expectations last visit unlike today. while i was expecting the same satisfaction as before, i was met with the employee on the phone with her airpod in talking to someone and when i asked for 2 boxes of cookies, she pulled out 2 small boxes (for 4 cookies) that were not branded and preceded to fill them. when she turned back around i asked her if she had the larger boxes for a dozen and she said yes, then went to go build the larger box (which could have been built in her down time) so i sat there as she built it. i came in wanting 2 dozen cookies and left with a 16 cookies because she wasn’t prepared and didn’t make my order a priority. to the founders: customers don’t mind spending top dollar for a gourmet cookie but the customer service needs to be provided with that experience. we shouldn’t be met with someone talking into their airpod and beautiful boxes to leave the store with our $3.80/cookie. this establishment has the opportunity to grow and be successful to t

Rue was an amazing help and made delicious recommendations. The S'mores cookie is definetly a top favorite for me, and the Biscoff cookie as well. The mini cookies are great too if you have a small sweet tooth.

Been wanting to try Chip for months and WOW are they amazing! We tried the Oreo dunk, tres leches, SW chip, and biscoff… every single one is an 11/10! I can’t even pick a favorite because they’re all so delicious. The perfect texture and sweetness… We’ll be back for sure!

Warm, gooey center with crisp edges, rich butter flavor, and just the right balance of sweetness and salt. Chocolate melts perfectly in each bite—comforting, indulgent, and hard to stop at one.

The service wasn’t spectacular but the cookies made up for it. Little quaint store with flavor overload! The cookies are as big as Crumbl but they are thicker and gooier. The outside has just enough crunch and the inside is pure happiness.
